Engineering qualification (NVQ 5 or 6) from a recognized technical institute in Mechanical Engineering
G.C.E. A/L with minimum 03 “S” passes in Mathematics stream
Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering functions, PLC and pneumatic systems will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
Hands on experience in metal fabrication and Workshop Engineering
Moderate level of literacy in commonly used computer applications and software.
Skilled in problem solving, analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical issues in machinery and equipment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work long hours

Perform routine maintenance tasks and machine services during weekends
Supervise repair/maintenance of machinery and equipment including supervision of outsourced work
Supervise the mechanical workshop activities while managing available semi-skilled workers
Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth operational process
Compliance with standards, Organizational policies and procedures
