We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Calibration to join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards in calibration procedures.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - CALIBRATION
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform calibration and testing of various instruments, including multimeters, voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, megger (megaohmmeters), earth testers, glow wire testers, micro ohm meters, and more.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards and calibration procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and calibration records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the calibration team.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot calibration issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their calibration needs and provide solutions.
- Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in calibration technology.
Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in using and calibrating various electrical and electronic measuring instruments.
- Valid driving license (for field calibration services).
- Sound knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and calibration procedures (added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
