Field Sales Executive – Hero Two wheeler

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Development of dealer expansion within the given area.
- Conducting outdoor activities and promoting the brand in relevant areas.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with Dealers.
- Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
- Managing stocks and adhering to company stock policies.
- Maintaining proper administration in the area allocated.
- Capability to conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, understand competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance market share.
- Handle inventory and debt collection for respective sales.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls.
- Previous experience in the motor cycle industry is an added advantage.
- Must have a valid riding license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales.
- Locations: All Island.
