The Ideal Candidates
- A recognized academic or professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong reporting abilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (a plus)
SCOPE
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating process improvement projects while ensuring they align with client objectives and organizational goals. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and operational insight to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in strategic decision-making by participating in key meetings and forums, conducting preliminary research and data analysis, and engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely access to required information
- Prepare accurate and timely reports—such as business performance metrics and KPI progress—and develop presentations to support decision-making and information dissemination
- Organize and conduct regular meetings to track departmental targets, maintain KPI dashboards, monitor team performance, and follow up on action items to support periodic management reviews
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, strengthen partnerships, and enhance collaboration in support of organizational goals
- Uphold organizational standards for environmental, health, and safety practices, while actively promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within and beyond the organization
- Provide operational support to business heads and cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and improve processes
- Assist in the deployment, implementation, and development of ERP systems maintained across the business
