Marketing Executive

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to elevate our brand, attract investors and clients, and drive business growth within the investment and property development sectors. Your experience in microfinance will be a valuable asset in understanding diverse financial needs and tailoring our outreach effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience of 3 years as a marketing executive, ideally within the investment, property development, or related financial services industries.
- A solid understanding of the investment and property development landscape.
- Demonstrable experience in the microfinance sector, including understanding its principles and target audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and informative content for diverse audiences.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans specifically targeting investors and potential clients in the property development sector.
- Leverage your understanding of the microfinance landscape to identify and engage with relevant segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the investment and property development industries.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, investment, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and achieve business objectives.
