What We're Looking For:
- Head Baker
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individuals to join our luxurious resort.
General Requirement:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a head baker, ability to mentor junior team members.
- Expertise in bread making techniques.
- Develop and refine bread recipes to enhance flavor, texture and overall quality.
- Ability to innovate and elevate bread offerings to meet guest expectations.
- Monitor inventory and maintain cost effective production without compromising quality.
