Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role located at NOOE Maldives. As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of the resort’s sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, leading a high-performing team, spearheading innovative marketing initiatives, and developing strong business partnerships. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence, maximizing market share, and ensuring alignment with the resort’s overall business goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, brand positioning, and digital & offline marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client and partner relationships.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of reservation systems, distribution channels, and revenue management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, both online and offline.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a hands-on approach.
- Passionate about the luxury hospitality and service industry, with a strong understanding of guest expectations and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/marketing automation tools.
