MANAGER- HUMAN CAPITAL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll and attendance and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to legal and labor regulations in all HR practices.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
- Ensure full compliance with HR processes and procedures as per standard operations procedures and guidelines.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resource management, including at least two (2) years in a similar leadership capacity.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in HR related systems and tools.
- Proactive, assertive, and flexible with a strong team-oriented mindset.
