MANAGER- HUMAN CAPITAL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll and attendance and ensure timely reporting.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and labor regulations in all HR practices.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure full compliance with HR processes and procedures as per standard operations procedures and guidelines.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resource management, including at least two (2) years in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in HR related systems and tools.
  • Proactive, assertive, and flexible with a strong team-oriented mindset.
