EXECUTIVE - TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR professional with a passion for learning and development to contribute to the growth of our talent base. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the annual Training Needs Analysis and Collect and analyse data.
- Assist in developing the annual Training & Development Plan, Training Calendar, and Budget under the guidance of the Manager – Training & Development.
- Coordinate, conducting training programs, including communication, nominations, and session facilitation.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and prepare monthly training summaries.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct trainer assessments.
- Design and deliver training sessions to suit various staff levels.
- Liaise with external trainers/institutions and coordinate training-related payments with the Finance Department.
- Prepare bond agreements for employees attending specific training programs.
- Generate reports for management on training activities and outcomes.
- Provide overall support to the Manager – Training & Development in ensuring efficient operations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized professional qualification in HRM.
- A Diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Training & Development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
