RECOVERY MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
Key Requirements :
- 1-3 Years of experience in a reputed Financial Institute or a Bank.
- High level of Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flair for meeting with customers and dealing with them extremely courteously.
- Able to converse fluently in Sinhala and English while Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Should possess a valid / driving license.
Key Responsibility :
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Contact outstanding customers over the phone and drive them to payoff.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire about payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle questions or complaints.
