ON THE LOOKOUT FOR BELOW POSITION
At Sigiriya Village Hotels PLC
ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Experienced or Trainees with a Professional qualification in the related field
- Maintains and operates equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safely
- Develop maintenance policies, standards and procedures and ensure compliance with all the departments of the Property
- Manage the controllable expenses of the Property to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Lead new development projects of the Property from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Organize training/awareness sessions and strive to improve service performance.
Prerequisites:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building and Construction / Engineering / Mechanic or related field, technical training in HVAC-R/ electrical/ plumbing
- 05-10 years’ experience in a similar role or related within the hospitality industry
