Senior Executive - Finance

Job Profile:
- Manage accounts receivables and creditors, handle bank reconciliations, and maintain cash floats with proper record-keeping and reconciliation.
- Lead the Debtor Management and Payables Process across the group.
- Prepare sales commission schedules, compute product profitability, and maintain periodic transaction and management reports.
- Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management, with part-qualification in recognized certifications such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance theories and awareness of emerging financial processes.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT applications, and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- A positive team player capable of accurate and timely reporting.
