SENIOR MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
We are a reputed and well-established organization with over three decades of successful operations in Construction, Interior, and Flooring solutions in Sri Lanka. As we continue to evolve and strengthen our market position, we are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the next phase of our growth journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and marketing to support long-term business goals.
- Develop and execute effective growth strategies.
- Expand into new local and international markets.
- Enhance brand positioning and lead marketing campaigns.
- Foster strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor teams to exceed performance targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in senior Sales & Marketing roles, preferably in construction or interiors.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and decision-making.
- CIM qualified or Marketing degree/master’s preferred.
