Quantity Surveyor - Colombo (Rajagiriya)
- Must hold a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying (QS) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in quantity surveying tasks.
- At least 3 years of experience in road improvement, rehabilitation and construction projects is required.
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and project budget management.
- Ability to assess project progress, variations, and claims, ensuring financial efficiency and project profitability.
- Proven skills in using quantity surveying software and tools for accurate measurement and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
