Chef de Partie - Pastry

At VARU by Atmosphere, North Malé Atoll, Maldives

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie in Pastry to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Pastry Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a dynamic and efficient kitchen environment.

Core Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-end culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests.
  • A professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor, with a passion for providing a memorable dining experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
