Demi Chef De Partie
We are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie to join Soneva Fushi Resort
Requirements and Skills:
- A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Fine Dining restaurant in a luxury resort/hotel.
- Strong background in hot and cold kitchens.
- Ability to work cohesively as a team for smooth operations.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety management, including HACCP standards.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong team player skills.
