Designation: Service Advisor (Body Shop)
We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Service Advisor – (Denting & Painting Unit)
Experience and qualifications
- Complete the NVQ Level 4 or 5
- 3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor in Auto Accident repair.
- A Degree/ Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be Preferred.
- Ability to Customer Handling.
- Good knowledge of tinkering & painting process.
- Need to have understanding about the vehicle body parts.
- Manageable in English & MS Office Package.
- Valid driving and riding license
- Ability to make quotations
- Follow up on accident repair vehicles and payments.
- Ability to work with insurance Companies and collect the insurance payments.
- Assessors are also encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining good communication relationship with the customer and Insurance agents.
- Ability to prepare Quotations.
- Ability to follow up with the process of collecting insurance payments.
- Follows up with the progress of each repair order and immediately contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised for such repairs.
- Delivers the vehicle to the customer and is always available to respond to customer queries.
Salary Range
If the work experience is more than two years, the salary will be Rs. 55,000.00 and more than ten years, the salary can be Rs. 80,000.00 or more (subject to conditions).
- Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 7.30 AM - 5.30 PM
- Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
