PLANNING ENGINEER
Location:
Tangalle (Building Project)
We are looking for a dynamic, qualified, and experienced professional who possesses the following criteria to join our dynamic team for the post of Planning Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution and minimize costs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing variances.
- Track project progress against the plan, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring they are implemented effectively.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
- BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience of work in High-rise Building Projects would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Construction methodologies & technologies.
- Excellence in MS Project & MS Office.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
