Radio network Planning and Optimization
Hutch Lanka is searching for a Network Engineer to oversee RF network capacity planning, budgeting, and performance optimization, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient operations. The role involves analyzing network capacity, forecasting future requirements, conducting radio network optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, RF principles, and cellular network architectures (2G, 3G, 4G).
- Experience in network capacity planning, analysis, and optimization.
- Proficiency in analyzing network performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams.
