Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive – UK Market (Call Centre Role)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Type: Full-Time (4 days a week, Wednesdays off)

Working Hours: 1-8 PM

About the Role

A dynamic UK-based finance company is setting up its new outbound sales call centre in Sri Lanka. We’re looking for confident, results-driven sales professionals to join our Colombo team. You'll be directly engaging with UK business owners, introducing them to business funding solutions and generating high-quality leads.

This is a high-performance, high-reward role — perfect for individuals with strong cold-calling skills, international exposure, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to UK-based small and medium-sized business owners.
  • Engage prospects in professional, value-driven conversations to introduce funding options.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on interest and eligibility.
  • Send follow-up emails to interested leads, requesting necessary documentation.
  • Accurately update call outcomes and lead statuses in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in outbound B2B/B2C cold calling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in UK/US/Western markets is a bonus.
  • Communication: Excellent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), VoIP systems, dialers, and spreadsheets.
  • Resilience: Persistence and a positive attitude toward achieving daily targets.
  • Ability: To follow structured scripts while also thinking on your feet during live calls.
