EXECUTIVE – OUTBOUND TRAVELS

We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail oriented Executive – Outbound Travels who thrives on building great customer journeys while achieving business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned revenue and GP targets while driving outbound travel business growth.
- Design and price competitive tour packages, including value added services like insurance and visa assistance.
- Develop strong supplier networks and support group/FIT itinerary planning through marketing leads.
- Provide expert travel advice on destinations, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized experiences and proactive communication.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including visuals for social media and promotional materials.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Manage timely invoicing and collections to support healthy cash flow.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Prior experience in outbound travel operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa procedures, and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in travel software and systems.
- A results oriented team player with a keen eye for detail.
