MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER – CREDIT AND INSURANCE OPERATIONS

WE ARE SEEKING A SKILLED AND DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER - CREDIT AND INSURANCE OPERATIONS, RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING CRITICAL BACK-OFFICE FUNCTIONS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of credit operations, including verification of system functions, setup of credit facilities, and ensuring accuracy in facility postings.
- Oversee the preparation, verification, and lodgment of all security documentation in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Manage insurance operations related to leased assets under credit facilities, ensuring:
- All assets are timely and adequately insured.
- Insurance policies remain in force throughout the facility tenure.
- Proper coordination with insurance providers for policy issuance, renewals, and claims.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with operational procedures and risk management protocols.
- Collaborate closely with branch and head office teams to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit and insurance operations, ideally within a financial institution.
- A recognized Degree or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of credit facility administration, system-based operations, and insurance handling for leased assets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
