Skill Development Officer

Location – Nalanda

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement vocational and skill development training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and industry requirements.
  • Liase with training institutions and resource persons to deliver high-quality training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Facilitate job placements and internships for program participants.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Promote awareness of skill development initiatives through outreach and networking.

Individual Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in skill development, training, or workforce development.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of government skill development schemes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
