WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER CUM CASHIER (ATHURUGIRIYA)
JOB PROFILE
- Handles all inquiries and requests for services, provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter.
- Responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests.
- Greet, assist and efficiently direct patients and visitors of the Primary Care Centre ensuring a seamless patient experience and optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain efficient cash handling processes with zero shortages and strict adherence to financial protocols.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should possess GCE A/L or any other professional qualification in PR/ Marketing.
- Having more than 03 years of experience in similar field.
- Should be conversant with MS Office packages.
- Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to details.
- Having working experience in hospitality/hotel as a Public Relations Officer would be an added advantage.
