Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to drive our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in expanding our customer base across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of products including low voltage power distribution panels, sub distribution panels, cable management systems and server rack systems.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about our products and answer any questions from potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of low voltage power distribution panels, sub distribution panels, cable management systems, and server rack systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil is preferred.
