TELEMARKETING ASSISTANT
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Assistant to join our growing team at Sportway Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers to introduce company products and services
- Clearly and effectively explaining product features, benefits, and value
- Handling customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and sales activities
- Leads and build relationships
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Certificate course in Marketing or a related field (an added advantage)
- 1 year of experience in telemarketing or business development
- Fluent in Sinhala & English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- BPO experience is preferred
