NCT, NVQ Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction field.
Ability to take accurate measurements, Prepare DRP, maintain relevant QS documentation, ability to read all complex industry-related drawings and ability to create shop drawings through AutoCAD.
Good collaboration with all relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and strong attention to detail to maintain quality.
Ability to perform timely and accurate stock level checks, material usage tracking and managing project funds.
Good leadership, team management skills, strong numerical ability, awareness in budgeting and understanding of BOQs.
Satisfactory level of industry knowledge.
Should be reliable, able to multitask and work under pressure.
Possessing a valid driver’s license and a motorbike will be an added advantage.
