Business Analyst (Manager Level)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Group CEO in analyzing business performance and growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research, financial and operational analysis across multiple industries and business units.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards for Board meeting reviews.
- Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement across group operations.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between the CEO's office and business unit leaders.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional qualifications (fully or part-qualified) in CA or CIMA.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar strategic role.
- Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
