Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Showroom Manager located in Rajagiriya.
- The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales, and maintaining the customer experience.
- The role includes tasks such as supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer service skills.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience.
- Proven Sales and Showroom management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in the apparel sales industry is a plus.
- Self-sufficient and experience in Apparel Showroom Management, Marketing, or related field.
Requirement
- Age between 30 – 40 years
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the showroom managing.
- Ability to work in weekends.
- Capacity to work extended hours.
- Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sound analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in a computerized environment will be an advantage.
