Showroom Executive / Coordinator
Evolution Auto, a joint venture between Atman Group and Sino Lanka, is reshaping Sri Lanka’s electric vehicle (EV) market. As a Showroom Executive/Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience from inquiry to delivery. Responsibilities
- Promote and drive sales of our innovative electric 3-wheelers at the showroom.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Assist customers in vehicle selection and provide detailed product information.
- Handle cashier duties, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and customer-friendly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in handling cashier duties and managing financial transactions is a plus.
