What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business partner.
- Strong functional expertise in HR business partnering.
- Excellent communication skills (Written/Spoken).
- Being proactive and specially, having a strong sense of ownership. Building close partnering relationships etc.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment & with minimal supervision.
What you do
- Act as a strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in the assigned business areas on People tasks, processes and tools and foster awareness of relevant interdependencies.
- Provide People consultancy advice on People issues and coordinate and steer People processes.
- Act as an enabler to expedite & streamline the overall processes in collaboration with the people and culture function to facilitate the business strategy.
- Identify People related business needs and work with the People Experts (People COE) on the development of solutions to implement suitable processes and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and support retention efforts.
