SALES EXECUTIVES
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for Sales Executives for the below mentioned areas who will be responsible for order generating, promoting and merchandising the company products.
- Kalutara / South Region / North Western and North Central Region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct Order generation and outlet expansion.
- Capture, maintain, monitor and analyze market related data.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay ahead of market trends and maintain a high level of market awareness.
HOReCa EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify market potential in order to establish new and ongoing “HoReCa” outlets, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Keeping a regular check on inventory to ensure that stores are furnished with sufficient supplies at all times.
- Undertake initiatives for development of segments with thorough market survey, competition analysis and market penetration.
- Tracking sales to monitor the performance of the product.
- Suggesting special offers and discounts on products.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with all stakeholders to uphold our reputation and to promote our endeavors.
- Manage overall turnover and profitability of the channel.
- Ensure the listing of product and conduct promotional campaign successfully.
- Oversees the process order taking, delivery, collection and consumer care.
- Check the product availability of “HoReCa” outlets and calculate the off-take.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ABOVE POSITIONS:
- Experience in direct sales, Preselling or distributor supervision.
- Ability to work independently, manage time & work on company given guidelines and targets.
- Age below 35 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala and Tamil would be advantages.
- Possess valid motor bike riding license.
- Experience in the beverage industry will be an added advantage.
