Overview of the Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by promoting access solutions to potential clients related to the scaffolding division. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of civil engineering principles and a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by achieving sales targets.
- Generate leads, inquiries by visiting sites and offices on daily basis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, project directors, project managers, and QS teams.
- Collaborate with the in-house tendering team to prepare and submit proposals.
- Negotiate and secure deals.
Education Required and Experience Required:
- A solid Civil Engineering background.
- Minimum 1 (One) years of experience in structural/scaffolding engineering in the construction industry.
- Having sales/marketing experience or exposure will be an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Should have a valid driving license (A, A1, B Class), having a vehicle is an added advantage.
- Good command of communication in English and Sinhala. Tamil Language would be an added advantage.
- Male/Female between the age range of 22-35 years.
Selected candidates will be offered with an attractive package includes Basic Salary, Performance Allowance, Vehicle Allowance, Fuel, Commission and Incentives.
