We are a well-established decorative paint manufacturing and distribution company, renowned for our service excellence and high-quality products, including leading brands such as SF Skim Coat, SF Aqua Guard etc.
We are currently seeking dynamic, results-oriented individuals with relevant experience to fill the following positions:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules and quality standards. They will supervise and support production staff through training and performance management, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve production issues.
He/ She should have completed GCE A/L and have proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are essential, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.
