Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of skilled production employees to meet daily production targets. Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production line.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring efficient and timely production according to schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with management, employees, and other departments.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and motivation.
