Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tour Executive to join our team. As a Tour Executive, you will be responsible for designing and managing personalized travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring that each tour is tailored to their unique interests and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage personalized travel itineraries for clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of the client's travel, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their trip.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - MUST
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Candidates must be able to travel to our office daily, which is located in Padukka.
