ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE ORDER CREATION
The Administration Officer - Order Creation will be responsible for handling B2B sales for Yamaha sales dealers. This position involves managing and completing vehicle sales orders by accurately entering them into the SAP system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accurately enter and manage motorcycle sales orders for dealers in the SAP system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and address any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with the motorcycle sales team and finance team to manage payment clearance and receipting.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for vehicle registration.
- Maintain and update daily reports, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Gather and analyze market information to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Compile and maintain lost sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage aging reports to track outstanding orders and payments.
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
- Qualified G.C.E. advanced level with three passes.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Well-versed in the SAP system.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil.
