ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE DEALER COMMISSIONING
The Administration Executive - Dealer Commissioning will be responsible for managing all dealer commission payments and supplier payments within the division. This role involves coordinating with external parties to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage and oversee these critical financial operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all commission payments to dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage all supplier payments related to the division, coordinating with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Liaise with dealers and suppliers to resolve any payment-related issues and ensure effective communication.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions, payments, and financial activities within the division.
- Generate regular financial reports to provide insights into payment statuses and financial health of the division.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the division's budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for improving payment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
- Qualified G.C.E. advanced level with three passes.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Well-versed in the SAP system.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil.
