MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - TRIM WAREHOUSE
Role
This role ensures efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in textile or garment industry warehousing and a strong background in logistics and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse operations related to trim inventory including receiving, storing, and dispatching.
- Supervise warehouse staff; provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the garments or trims sector.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
