JOB ROLE
- Manage and oversee existing business accounts effectively.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and jobs.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to increase sales volumes.
- Lead solar and other renewable project implementations.
- Evaluate and propose new business opportunities and projects.
- Communicate and present effectively to customers, management, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with third-party organizations to ensure long-term business success.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Engineering Diploma or Degree in electrical/electronic fields.
- Expertise in technical feasibility and assessment of solar projects.
- Strong management skills with decision-making capability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in engineering.
- Proficiency in preparing tenders and evaluating business proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical services and client support.
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving license for travel as needed.
- Technical knowledge and capability to communicate with stakeholders.
- Marketing qualifications from recognized institutes are an added advantage.
