JOB ROLE

  • Manage and oversee existing business accounts effectively.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and jobs.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to increase sales volumes.
  • Lead solar and other renewable project implementations.
  • Evaluate and propose new business opportunities and projects.
  • Communicate and present effectively to customers, management, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with third-party organizations to ensure long-term business success.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Engineering Diploma or Degree in electrical/electronic fields.
  • Expertise in technical feasibility and assessment of solar projects.
  • Strong management skills with decision-making capability.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in engineering.
  • Proficiency in preparing tenders and evaluating business proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide technical services and client support.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license for travel as needed.
  • Technical knowledge and capability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Marketing qualifications from recognized institutes are an added advantage.
