Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our surgical instruments portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing product and marketing strategies, ensuring strong market performance, and aligning with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the surgical instruments product line, with a focus on the private healthcare sector.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to drive product positioning and growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and sales teams to ensure market competitiveness.
- Support additional product lines including Anaesthesia Products and Laboratory Consumables.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical/surgical product management or healthcare marketing.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Biomedical Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of surgical instruments and the Sri Lankan healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiations, and leadership skills.
- GCE Advanced Level in Bio Stream is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications from a recognized body (CIM/SLIM) are a plus.
