WELFARE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Welfare Coordinator to join our HR team at JA Manafaru. If you're passionate about employee welfare, recreational engagement, and creating a positive work environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a world-class luxury resort.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for associates regarding welfare, accommodation, and travel arrangements. You'll also coordinate activities and events, maintain HR documentation, support employee engagement, and help ensure the smooth daily operations of HR department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort in the Maldives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of employee welfare operations, event coordination, and basic HR processes.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
