Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Over 5 years of experience in sales & marketing (real estate/construction preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or real estate is an added advantage.
Sales Executive
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (real estate/construction experience preferred)
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Trainee – Sales & Marketing
- Candidates with a passion for sales & marketing
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Strong communication & networking skills
- Proficiency in both Tamil & English is considered an advantage
- Possession of a valid driving license.
