Graduate Trainee — Sourcing & Procurement

The Graduate Trainee - Sourcing & Procurement is responsible for ensuring that the raw material requirements for customer orders are purchased on time at the best price to maximize profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of bulk orders by continuously monitoring order progress and initiating corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure material fulfillment for smooth production
- Follow the time and action plan to achieve a 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) on garment delivery, along with inventory optimization and reduction of raw material write-offs
- Foster effective liaisons with internal and external cross-functional teams, while also building lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Internship or prior experience in procurement, supply chain management or a related field will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English communication is essential
