Graduate Trainee - Merchandiser Procurement
Location - Kandy
The position would entail an overall 12 months process and system training, which would be tailored, to discover the high potential of ambitious Graduates. The Training, work assignments and Cross-functional exposure in a people-centric culture, will stretch and challenge you, while providing highly valued skills, extensive knowledge, hands-on experience and industry insights, to help you progress in your career. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Trainee Programme, you will become eligible for a promotion to the Executive Cadre.
We are looking for
- Young and dynamic individuals, who are below 28 years of age with
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing/ Business Management/ Business Administration from an accredited university/ professional institution.
- Should possess leadership competencies, excellent communication skills, maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
- A proven track record in extracurricular activities and prior work experience, will be an added advantage.
