SALES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - KANDY/NEGOMBO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of deliveries, pickups, in collaboration with the sales team & logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Handle and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the depot.
  • Follow-up sales representative on cash banking & cheque deposits.
  • Monitor expenses, manage the depot budget, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity.
  • People management & administrative skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge in Ms Office & Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred age 25-45 years.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Kandy and Negombo area.
