SALES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - KANDY/NEGOMBO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of deliveries, pickups, in collaboration with the sales team & logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Handle and resolve any administrative issues or discrepancies that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the depot.
- Follow-up sales representative on cash banking & cheque deposits.
- Monitor expenses, manage the depot budget, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity.
- People management & administrative skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in Ms Office & Good Interpersonal skills.
- Preferred age 25-45 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kandy and Negombo area.
