- Diagnose and repair air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other home appliances
- Provide technical support to service technicians and customers
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist in installation, testing, and preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair jobs
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Hands-on knowledge of AC, refrigerator, washing machine, and home appliance servicing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work in Negombo and surrounding areas
