Competencies

  • G.C.E Advanced Level qualified
  • Qualification in Diploma in Business Management, Administration, and Finance would be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English Language
  • Computer literacy with hand-on experience in Office 365
  • Young and energetic team players with excellent interpersonal skills

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and build presentations to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage field expenses and incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales analysis reports to track performance trends
  • Provide support in processing divisional payments and maintaining organized filing systems
  • Update daily distributor sales data and communicate with coordinators for seamless operations
  • Prepare essential documents such as Credit Notes, Sales Orders, and Quotations as needed
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) through the system based on received requirements
  • Maintain ISO and SOP documentation with meticulous attention to compliance and filing standards
