Lead and supervise a team of instrument technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of all instrumentation-related tasks.
Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various instruments, including but not limited to, pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors, level indicators, and control valves.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all instrumentation activities.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on all instrumentation to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.

NVQ Level 5 or above in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and control systems, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of sugar factory operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
