We are a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer & supplier of premium quality veterinary health products to the livestock industry of Sri Lanka and to the international market, and are looking for energetic, ambitious & self-motivated candidate to be a part of energetic Farmchemie team as,
MANAGER - MAINTENANCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Handle troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and service records.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance in all maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors when necessary.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Guiding, supervising and managing maintenance team of the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and vehicle maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in handling factory equipment breakdowns.
- Good organizational and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies efficiently.
- Male candidates are preferred.
